Contact Thai Visa Services

Corrections, rule-change reports, and right-of-reply requests all reach a person who can act on them.

Editorial contact

For corrections, error reports, rule-change reports from an immigration office or embassy, and general editorial questions:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include: the page URL, the specific statement at issue, and — if you are reporting a change in practice — which office or embassy, and when you experienced it.
  • Response time: we acknowledge within five business days and respond substantively within fifteen.

Right of reply

If you are named in our published content and believe a factual statement is inaccurate, the full right-of-reply process — what we correct, how appended responses work, and who has standing — is set out on the editorial standards page. Use the same email address above.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide, not the Thai government and not a law firm. We cannot check the status of a visa application, book immigration appointments, or give individual legal advice. For official matters contact the Thai Immigration Bureau or your nearest Thai embassy or consulate. For visa questions the site already answers, start with the FAQ.
