Quick Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
What basic documents do I need for any Thai visa application?
At minimum, most Thai visa applications require: a passport valid for 6+ months, completed application form, recent passport-size photos, proof of accommodation in Thailand, proof of financial means, and the applicable visa fee. Specific visa types may require additional documents.
Should I bring original documents or copies to Thai immigration?
Always bring both. Thai immigration offices typically require photocopies of your passport information page, current visa page, most recent entry stamp, departure card (TM.6), and TM.30 receipt. Sign each photocopy in blue ink. Some offices also require the originals for verification.
